Here at Den Lille Hagen, we have brown bees, also known as the Nordic honeybee. This is a bee that is well adapted to our climate here in Norway.

Brown bees are known for being hardy, calm, and good at making use of the nectar and pollen available in nature. They tolerate cooler weather better than many other bees, and therefore suit our Nordic climate well.
