The potatoes are now planted in the ground at Den Lille Hagen 🌱🥔

It's always a bit extra special when the potatoes finally go into the ground. It really feels like the season is underway here in Fjære.

We run small-scale, close to home and simple – with a focus on locally-grown food, gardening and using what we have around us. The potatoes now get to settle and do their thing in the soil, and we're hoping for good growth throughout spring and summer.

If all goes as planned, we'll have our own potatoes from Den Lille Hagen later in the season. There's something truly special about food that comes straight from the ground, grown locally and with a little extra care.

We'll be sharing along the way – from planting the potatoes, growth, flowering and eventually, hopefully, harvesting.
